Gigi is a small Belgian house based in the province of Liège. No call centre, no ticket number: your messages land in the same inbox we use to follow orders, and we answer them within 24 working hours.

The three questions we get most
“I’m not sure about the size”
Measure the neck with two fingers slipped under the tape measure. If you're hesitating between two sizes, send us the breed, the weight and the measurement: we'll decide with you before you order.
“Where is my order?”
Parcels leave within 24 to 48 hours and you receive the tracking number by email, then allow 3 to 5 working days. If the tracking hasn't moved for two days, tell us: we'll go and find the information for you.
“Can you make it to measure?”
Often, yes. Collars come in four widths — 1.9 · 2.5 · 3.2 or 3.8 cm — and ID tags are engraved by hand. A piece made for you takes three to four weeks: tell us what you have in mind.
Write to us
So that we can answer in one go rather than four: if it's about an order, slip in the order number; if it's about a size, the breed, the weight and the measured neck. A photo of the dog has never hurt either.
While you're here
Within 24 working hours, weekends and Belgian public holidays aside. If nothing arrives, have a look in your spam folder: nine times out of ten that's where our answer went.
Write to us right away: as long as the parcel hasn't left — that's 24 to 48 hours — we can still correct the size, the colour or the address. After dispatch, an exchange is still possible under the terms on the Shipping & returns page.
PayPal, Bancontact and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Payment goes through Shopify's secure page: we never see your banking details.
From our premises in Belgium, province of Liège. The pieces are designed at our place then made by hand in Kenya — but we are the ones who prepare your parcel and who answer you.
