01. My order
The item I want to buy is out of stock.
Don't panic, it will be back soon! All our products are permanently restocked (except for short-lived collections and indications to the contrary). You can either pre-order the item you want directly on the item's page or click on "Notify me" to receive an email when the desired item is back in stock on the website.
I have a doubt about the size.
Contact us by email (info@gigi-store.be) or via the contact form. We will be happy to help you select the best size for your dog!
I would like a different collar width for my dog, is that possible?
No problem! We offer a "custom order" service, whereby we allow you to order a different width than the one we offer by default.
It is therefore possible to order your collar in the desired size (XS, S, M, L, XL), by choosing your preferred width: 1.9 cm / 2.5 cm / 3.2 cm / 3.8 cm
This type of order requires a longer delay since the necklace is made especially for you. This delay is about 3-4 weeks.
What payment methods are accepted?

The delivery time depends on the country where you are located. In general, our orders are shipped within 24/48 hours and received within 3-5 business days. Delays can be added to this period depending on the constraints encountered by the carrier.
How do I track my package?
The shipping costs include a tracking number that will be provided by e-mail at the time of the shipment confirmation. If this number has not been indicated, please contact us via our contact form, taking care to indicate your order number to obtain the corresponding tracking number.
Where do you deliver your products from?
Our premises are located in Belgium, and more precisely in the province of Liege.
I still haven't received my package, what's going on ?
We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by customs inspectors or the transport company. When the package leaves, we are unfortunately no longer responsible for the delays incurred but we invite you to check the status of your package by going to the delivery platform and indicating your tracking number.
