We hope that you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from our site.
If the product has a real defect, we will be happy to refund/credit or exchange your purchase.
We strongly recommend that you use our size guide and measure your pet's neck before ordering, in order to get the best size for your beloved furry friend.
If you ordered the wrong size, we will help you exchange the product for the correct size. Per company policy, customer is responsible for shipping to our warehouse for exchange.
Please note that all returned packages must be sent with a tracking number. Gigi SNC cannot be held responsible for returned packages. Packages may be sent untracked at your own risk.
